”Regarding the HCDC enabling works,  we just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work over the past couple of months at HCDC.  We had some big delays and unfortunately Walsh ended up having the worse of it.  I will be completely honest I did not think you would be hitting the SIPS panel release dates, but the lads absolutely smashed it and because of the amount of graft and work put in the programme has not slipped in the slightest.  So, thank you to all the lads for their commitment, the quality is spot on, its very much appreciated and will not be forgotten.”
